No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Please Click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account' and fill in your personal particulars.

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For items listed as "In Stock", the delivery time is based on your location Pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days, or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available).

The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 5 working days and the Express courier is approximately   3 working days from the time of placing your order.

Once the the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Order Number for India deliveries.

Shipping is FREE for INDIA deliveries via Standard courier.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

Kindly Check the tracking details we send you after the confirmation and shipping.

 You may drop an email to our Customer Care Team at support@vimlaprints.com if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” at to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at support@vimlaprints.comand we will assist you further.

All refunds are subject to close scrutiny by Vimla as we have taken great measures to ensure that our product is delivered to you in the best possible conditions and if upon delivery, the product is not as shown on our websites or has incurred some defect or damage during handling or transport, we shall take it into an investigation. We shall ask you to send us back the product and if we have found a defect caused by our side, we shall refund you the total cost of the product.

'Available'

Vimla Prints has the item in stock & can ship it. The delivery time should normally be 48 working hours plus the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

Of course! We take care of all the necessary pick-up arrangements from your delivery location. If we’re unable to provide for a pick up in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice. We will refund the total amount once we receive your Return Shipment. 

Once the order is dispatched, you shall receive an email and SMS notification that would contain the Carrier Name and tracking number, which you can track from their respective website or if the customer creates an account with us, they have the option to track order, after login to their account on our website.
