RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
If you received a damaged item or there is manufacturing defect in the item, Vimla Prints will gladly accept unworn, unwashed and unstitched product for return or exchange. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send an email when your return has been processed. We will credit your original form of payment for returns mailed within 10 days of the shipping date
Note: We will deduct 10% transaction charges that we have pay to our payment processors.
Ordered the wrong product (for products available in multiple fabrics) or color? No worries! If you need to exchange an item for the same item in different fabric or color, you will have pay the difference if any , also we will pay back the difference amount if the new product is of the lesser value.
You will have to ship the product back and ask us for the new product in exchange through mailing us or calling us @9898217216.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase or a gift card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you. Please note: if you paid with PayPal and want credit back to your account, you must return your merchandise to our warehouse for a refund.
Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit or exchange. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
Packing your returns bag is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.
Step 1: Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/bag. You can either use the VimlaPrints box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have been damaged in transit.
Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from Vimla Prints into the returns box and secure the box with adhesive tape.
Step 3: Finally paste the Self-gumming RETURNS LABEL on the box. This label has your order number and the returns delivery address. In case you lose or damage the Return Label, send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label, so that we can identify your shipment and validate its contents .

Using Your Own Shipping Method
You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of any returns. A refund can only be issued either back into the credit card or debit card.
• During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods processing returns may be slightly delayed.
• The refunds would be processed, only if the product has tags intact and is in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
• At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.
Refund on Returns:
• We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
• At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
• There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs 100 & will be deducted for refund.
• Shipping cost would be deducted for refund, since we offer free shipping all over India above a certain amount.
Delivery of Products:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your card Account.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or shipping address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
We receive the complaint with regard to Defect or Wrong Product or Wrong Size in 24 Hours of the Delivery of the Item – No complaint will be entertained after 24 Hours.
Please don’t return without prior conformation with us.
Other Points to Note with regard to Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
